1. As soon we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly we reserved a pettite room but the front desk manager offered us a free upgrade which it was super and very nice.

7. Throughout our stay we were overwhelmed by the friendly staff working at this hotel, from front desk, doormen, bell boys, to the front desk manager and house keeping.
