1. I was told that they can't put roll-aways in rooms with 2 beds, but I could have gotten one in the King room that I originally had reserved and that they would have comped it since I had already paid an extra fee for the 3rd person.

2. Also, the daily fee PER DEVICE policy was not well communicated, and per the manager is only found in the 'terms of service' that customers must click when signing in to the hotel internet (you know, the small print).

3. However, when will the Westin chain stop charging exhorbitant rates for use of crappy internet service, and to add insult to injury, Westin charges the $12 daily internet fee PER DEVICE.

4. Me & three of my friends stayed in a hotel room - they didn't even have a pet fee!- They brought a portable fridge to the room, which was really nice.
