We went to celebrate our 26th Wedding Anniversary, both of our Birthdays and Fathers DayThe Staff was wonderful - they upgraded our room, and sent us 6 Chocolate covered Strawberries and a bottle of wine (also two diet soda's) They also sent us two cards signed by the staff wishing us a Happy Anniversary The rooms were clean and the view of the lake and beach was awesomeVery quiet and the employee's were very helpful.

5. The best thing about this hotel is the location, its on the base of the John Hancock building, and walking distance to all the shops, museums, river stuff, lake beach, Rush street restaurtants and bars, and 10min max to the subway.

6. Clsoe to beach in summer, Water Tower, Hancock Center, healthy walk to river and Millineum Park etc. Staff seems rushed most of the time, not as personable as some places we stay downtown but nothing rude or abrasive.
