Like most hotels, unused electrical outlets are a bit scarce so plan accordingly if you're bringing laptops, chargers, etc. Although the hotel charges for wifi, you can get it for free by signing up online for the Sutton chain's rewards program.

Secondly, I was under the impression all rooms were free wifi, I had to opt to pay for internet use, which I needed since I was also working during my visit to Chicago.
