1. The bathroom was large with excellent bath amenities ('Gilchrist & Soames), 2 terry robes, a powerful shower and huge soaking tub which came in handy after a day of Christmas shopping.

3. Quality-Luxurious bath products-Sleeping arrangements are so comfortable, you feel like royalty-Delicious in-room dining options (who doesn't want chocolate souffle at midnight?)Next time I venture to Chicago, I will stay at Sutton Place.

5. Now for the hotel itself, the lobby is fairly small, but our room (1405) was huge, along with the bath that had a separate shower stall from the tub.

9. If you are so lucky, you will enjoy a two-story suite with a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom with ensuite bath (tub separate from tiled, glass-encased shower, lovely).
