Erica, with whom I had spoken when making our reservation, personally greeted us upon check in, then effortlessly took care of everything from the Valet parking, upgrade to a luxurious spa-like suite, and many thoughtful xtras like her welcoming note, wine/fruit/cheese plate and passes to the Blues Club where we were meeting friends that night.

2. We booked it right away :)When we arrived, we were greeted at our car by the doorman who helped us decide whether the valet parking or self-park would be better for us.
