9. The location is great--right in the Theatre District and a short walk to Michigan Avenue attractions like Millennium Park, The Art Institute, Riverwalk, etc. Price is reasonable for a downton hotel, staff is cheerful and accommodating, good restaurants(especially 312) and beautiful rooms.
