3. Upon arrival I clumsily asked the front desk girl if it would be possible to upgrade to a larger room, much to my surprise she happily obliged and set us up with a beautiful room on the 14th floor, at least twice the size of the original booking at no extra cost.

9. If you are coming in from O'Hare it is really easy to get the CTC Blue Line Train, takes about 30 mins and costs $2.25.
