1. Hotel was very clean and they have a happy hour wine/appetizer each evening from 5-6 pm in the lobby for their hotel guets at no additional charge.

9. i called the hotel manager who was the rudest person i have ever spoken with about the charge and was told that it was my fault i paid cash and that i could give him my bank account, routing, SS # and authorization code and he could call my bank and take care of it.
