1. In a time when many hotels offer free internet we found the prices very high and the system a pain in the butt as you have to ask for a new code every single day again from the front desk who are busy otherwise you can not access the net - the lobby offers free wifi but there is no privacy.

3. The only complaint was that for the price of the room they should have free-wifi available to their guests and there was no pool; the wifi was only free in the lobby which was fine, but it made it kind of difficult to Skype our in-laws on a daily basis.

7. If you want access from your room, it costs $10 per day -- not a huge expense, but quite irritating given that much cheaper hotels offer free wireless pretty much as a matter of course.

8. Other downsides include the fact that I had to pay for wifi (9.95 per device, per day), that the elevator got stuck for awhile -- and I'm claustrophobic, and that the bed was a fairly standard mattress experience -- not a heavenly bed (I woke up achy, which usually means the bed was too firm).

9. They will charge you $9 a day for a Wifi connection in your room, but we would still highly recommend this hotel.
