1. The Rafaello is on a quiet, lovely street just between Lake Shore Drive (lakefront) and The Hancock Tower and water tower, close to great skyline views, shopping, many restaurants, pubs and shopping, Oak Street beach and Navy Pier.

2. The hotel is in a great location right next to John Hancock Observatory and Oak Street beach and of course the fabulous Michigan Ave for shopping.
