1. Why every mid price brand hotel gives service for free and upscale hotels persist on charging for something that is a necessity and not luxury is Rediculous.

3. Previously we have always stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago and I would say that this hotel is of course not as luxurious but it is very good value at a great price.

4. -Mini Bar prices-I tend to stay away from the mini-bar and there is a Walgreens a block or 2 south on Michigan Ave; however, compared to most hotels I have stayed at the mini bar prices were reasonable.

5. I just spent 2 nights at the Raffaello in a suite and found the accommodations to be exactly what I was expecting, a satisfactory hotel near the magnificent mile at a reasonable price.

6. In a time when many hotels offer free internet we found the prices very high and the system a pain in the butt as you have to ask for a new code every single day again from the front desk who are busy otherwise you can not access the net - the lobby offers free wifi but there is no privacy.

8. Planning a last mintue trip last weekend to Chicago I had decided to book this hotel as I was looking for a decent sized double room, moderately prices in a great location and most hotels were sold out that weekend.
