5. Good tip though: go up to the bar two floors down from the top for drinks and a free elevator ride, rather than paying to go all the way to the top.

6. They do have free coffee in the bar area (which is tiny) every morning, but if you like drinking very, very bad tasting coffee its great otherwise I do not advise anyone to try it.

9. Why not just MAN UP, admit there were problems, apologize, offer room discounts, free drinks at the bar (which is closed 2 days), fans for everyone.
