4. 3) I initially called the hotel to inquire about the best rate guarantee and it seemed as if no one fully understood it at the reservation desk except the manager who called me back later to explain it.

5. The IT manager actually typed a letter for me that had to go on some fairly complcated statioenry so I would not miss any of my meeting and there was no extra charge.

6. The maintenance staff could not fix it but the Front Desk Manager actually came up personally and resolved it; that was really impressive.
