1. Besides the beautifully elegant decor, I would say the friendliness, niceness and attentiveness of the staff is one of this hotel's main strong points.

6. 3 night stay, booked through SLH, the location is excellent, the room we had and the general decor is a little heavy but no complaints, all clean and tidy, we had the benefit of a room upgrade which was nice.
