6. Dwayne (spelling?) greeted us at the door and was very helpful, suggesting options for dinner and things to do around the neighborhood, as well as taking the time to show us the features of our room (including the heated floors in the bathroom).

7. We did use the concierge service a few times, they were really helpful in giving us train information to Soldier Field, gave us safety tips and secured us dinner reservations at Frontera Grill, last minute.

8. As I was here for only one night, I did not get to try the other amenities like the restaurant or fitness center, but the concierge was very nice and helpful with making a dinner reservation.
