1. At check-in they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom suite and they also had a gift of mixed nuts/candy in our room for him.

2. While the hotel doesn't have its own fitness area they do off complimentary access to a truly wonderful centre called Equinox which is just around the corner in the basement of Bloomingdales.

The suite was very clean, had turndown service every evening with nice chocolates, 2 flatscreen TVs, complimentary wireless internet (big plus), huge bathroom with separate shower, bathtub, double vanities, nice toiletries, huge plush bath towels, complimentary ice service, separate temp controls for the bedroom and living area.

10. The one thing I will say, as we did not plan to have breakfast anywhere but the hotel, is that the complimentary breakfast you get by booking through the hotel Web site is not great.
