10. Lots of restaurants and bars close by - Tempo Cafe for breakfast was excellent, Pizanos Pizza just around the corner has great deep dish with lots of cheese, a Starbucks on one corner and a local 'Goddess' fantastic bakery/coffee/deli on the other.
