1. The service was poor, the waitress was generally sullen and she wouldn't give me the right password for the allegedly free wifi.

3. Yes you had to pay for wifi which we did twice but later found out that the Manhattan Diner provides free wifi so no need to go to Starbucks.

5. The wifi internet was excellent and I did not begrudge paying for it as my room rate was so good though I would rather they charge a few extra bucks for the room and include the wifi.

6. There is a starbucks across the street and provide free wifi, therefore i would advice not to pay for their wifi service if you are bringing your laptops.

8. Wireless Internet is available for a small fee, but it is worth considering the Bloomingdale Public Library on 100th St for free wireless Internet, which is about a 10 minute walk north of the hotel.
