1. We got a rate of just under $500 total for three nights in a queen room with a seating area that included a small sofa and desk/chair, and you really can't beat that rate for New York even in the off season.

6. The rooms are small and the elevator is admittedly slow, but the rates are very reasonable, the staff is so nice and helpful, and the rooms are very clean.
