5. Due to the staff's lack of information or willingness to share, we missed our flight and consequently missed our connecting flight home and had to spend the night in Atlanta at our expense because of the mishandled shuttle reservations.

7. Leave yourself at least an hour in the shuttle just for pick ups, plus travel to the airport (JFK being one hour from Manhattan).
