1. Very convenient to get to dwntn, across from 96th Street Station (HUB) with 2 express trains, economical, many international visitors, fabulously helpful front office staff.

8. Besides the terrific room, there was a subway station nearly on our doorstep, everything we needed on the same street including a fabulous 24 hr.

9. The local fruit and veg and deli shops on the nearby street corners were fantastic, as we could stock up our fridge in the room for breakfast.

10. There is shopping and convenient diners nearby, plus a starbucks on each side of the street as well as Tim Horton's, McDonalds, etc and much more little places on the periphery.
