1. Another towell for drying hair would have been nice, but i didn't feel it was too big a problem that i needed to request one.

3. The 4* status seems to be achieved by the provision of up market toiletries, good quality linens and towels and similar little extras but I have stayed in other 4* hotels of far superior quality.

7. The room was spotlessly clean, great bathroom with a huge shower, fresh towels (twice a day if we needed them) but I think the biggest plus is the staff.
