3. We did have issues because of poor housekeeping, front desk could only apologise (not sufficient when it is the 3rd complaint!) Manager however was excellent and turned things round.

4. We became good friends with Tryone who recomended various places for us to go and even when it was not upto standard (ie: St Andrews restaurant not the bar next door) he took personal care to go and see the Manager to complain on our behalf.
