1. However, when I rang the reception they immediately found me a twin room, which I'm sure was an upgrade but we were moved free of charge.

5. An overpriced minibar took up a lot of room space and if you pick up a product and put it back, it will still charge you!- so need to queue up at reception to tell them to remove the charge and room keys stopped working so had to queue up again to have them changed.

7. The staff was very helpful, concierge gave me great recommendations on where to buy gifts for clients (Godiva and Dean Deluca), the front desk was ok with printing electronic Knicks tickets that I bought online on my behalf for free (there is a charge to use their business centre), and the they also ok'd extending my checkout to 1PM which was a big help as I was able to make it to an 11AM appointment and not have to worry about where I can store my luggage.

10. Anyway the hotel was clean, warm and a perfect base for all the main sights - local enough that we could pop back to the Hotel for a 30 minute re-charge.
