6. Snooty staff -- please nicest group of kids you can imagine that work like dogs for obnoxious people who treat THEM rudely, because they feel since they are paying premium prices people should 'jump' for them.

9. If looking for a cab to the airport, ask the porter to stop one on the street rather than have the front desk reserve one - as it will cost half the price to JFK.
