1. Conciege was great, helped booked trip to Woodbury Outlet Village {take an empty suit case with you massive savings on designer gear and NO tax!} and great knowledge of things to do.

3. The room was great, spacious, comfy bed, very clean, en suite was good and we had the usual soaps, shampoo/conditioner, face cream, mouthwash, shower gel etc. All of the staff were very helpful, which is always a good thing when away from home and in a 'strange' place.
