1. I have stayed there twice and on both occasions found the staff to be helpful and friendly, including accommodating a longer stay than originally booked while trying to find me the best rates available.

10. The rates were more than we have ever paid anywhere in the world, but that just seems o be manhattan and it was worth it to be walking distance to times sq, central park (brilliant playground for kids just 10 mins away), FAO Swartz, 5th ave, Rockefeller building and even grand central station.
