5. The only thing I might change would be the bathrooms for a newer ones and some of the front desk receptionists that are no too friendly but as an overall it was a good stay.

By nice i mean clean, a really comfortably bed, good linens, a SCRUPULOUSLY clean bathroom, a room and a bathroom that could be small but wasn't a complete closet, quiet central air (I HATE PTACs), a quiet room so that you didn't hear the TV from the adjoining rooms/lots of corridor noise etc, and a good work space.

7. the price the location was unbelievable room was clean bathroom a little small for me but nothing we couldnt manage everybody was very helpfull and we will stay here again for our next visit to the city breakfast can be a little busy but there is a great pick a bagel between 52nd and 53rd.
