1. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room, just need a clean room, comfortable bed, and clean place to shower then this is more than enough.

7. This hotel has everything you need, so close to times square and the subway, the rooms are a great size considering the location, comfy bed, free wifi, free printing in the foyer.

By nice i mean clean, a really comfortably bed, good linens, a SCRUPULOUSLY clean bathroom, a room and a bathroom that could be small but wasn't a complete closet, quiet central air (I HATE PTACs), a quiet room so that you didn't hear the TV from the adjoining rooms/lots of corridor noise etc, and a good work space.
