1. At the front desk, there were grab and go snack packs available in a brown bag which included fruit, water bottle, cereal bar, etc. That was great, we took them with us to have later in the day.

2. We did a day trip to Washington whilst in New York and because we had to leave real early in the morning (before breakfast started) the hotel supplied a 'breakfast on the go' bag which included a muesli/granola bar, apple, muffin and a bottle of water In the foyer there was always a large bowl of apples to help yourself to and not sure if they had these everyday but one day I noticed a tray of biscuits (cookies) at the front counter to help yourself to and I did, the chewy raisin ones were delicious.
