Great location, free hot and cold breakfast, 24/7 coffee (and it's good coffee, no less), friendly staff, highly competitive prices for the area, good sized rooms for NYC, widescreen TV (HD on some channels), free wi-fi, spotless rooms, etc. It's not a 4* property, but I doubt many people going to Times Square are there to bask in the room and order $200 room service dinners for two and $40 each breakfasts.
