3. The only problem is with what I assumed was the concierge and we asked them to help us with theatre tickets, big mistake, it cost us $80.00 more per ticket than we could have bought them at the theatre.

We were DELIGHTED,this hotel is just perfect for so many reasons,so close to some great places to eat and also for Theatre fans an absolute dream,(we booked tickets through the TKTS place in times square and managed to go see the ADDAMS family show with Brooke shields,for just 70 dollars per person,front row seats normally costing around 130 dollars,what a snip!)This hotel is in the middle of everything but without all the noiseand hustle and bustle.
