1. Free wifi in the lobby only works when you get the password from the reception not a nice thing.

A few complaints: no wifi (it really bugs me that 4-star hotels don't offer wifi in guestrooms); the fridge in the room is full of food but there's a sign saying that if you remove any of it to make room for your own things, you'll be charged a $25 fee; the double showerheads were great but the drain can't handle all the water so it collects at the bottom of the tub; the cold water faucet at the bathroom sink leaked and water collected on the counter.

6. The Good: The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, it smelled nice and the beds were comfortable (as with all Westin's), wireless internet was pretty fast, good view from the room.
