1. I had read reviews ahead of time and knew about the outrageous cost of parking but decided to splurge because of the in/out privileges but we took the light rail to Safeco Field for a ball game (super convenient!) and walked everywhere else, so it probably is a better idea to use a nearby more inexpensive parkade.

2. An earlier post noted that street parking is free after 6 PM till 8 AM the next morning (I didn't confirm that this is still the case).

3. However, as long as you are able to find the entrance of this hotel, the very nice valet people will either help you to do the parking or direct you to the garage.

4. I hope the Westin Seattle adds some of nice features like amenity lounges and complimentary platinum parking etc. that are nice treats at their sister Spg properties.
