1. We stayed at Sorrento for 6 nights, a young lady at a reception desk checked us in with an offer of an upgrade to a suite with a great price, she sold us.

7. One day I wanted to go shopping and they called a town car for me at a fixed price comparable to a taxi but much more comfortable for the long drive to the mall I wanted to get to.
