5. Nice lobby help, towels late, but with honest apology 'I forgot!', and cleaning staff found and returned a scarf I left (after I returned for it).

6. We stayed at La Quinta during the holidays, the hotel is very nice, rooms are cleaned on daily basis and the bathroom is clean and towels changed on daily basis also, free internet in the room which was very helpful and the everybody at the hotel was very helpfull.

8. Bad: There are smoking floors mixed in with the non-smoking floors, which means that no matter what they do these La Qunita rooms have a faint cigarette odor in the air and towels - might bother those that are very sensitive.
