1. All the things you need for a break in New York, and the free safe in your room and same day luggage storage,also free wi-fi were a nice touch as everywhere else i've been charge extra for these things.

2. we stayed here only 1 night because of a bad experience at the Royal Park Hotel and Hostel, and we found them very clean , they even upgraded us to a king sized bed at no charge!the location is perfect, the staff was friendly and overall it was a very nice place.

9. I was advised that the rooftop bar had a spectacular view of the Empire State Building, which turned out to be true, but as the bar has no connection with the hotel, I couldn't charge anything to my room, which was a little odd.
