8. During my stay in Room 501 on August 15 and 16 2009, I observed what I would later learn to be telltale signs of bed bug presence in the room (small stains on sheets, small blood spots in morning, etc.) and experienced itchy, red, swollen welts on my arms, shoulders, feet, legs, neck, back, chest, stomach, etc. 19 August 2009 - Confirmation by my Physician of extreme bed bug bites, scabs and wounds.
