2. perfect location less than 3 blocks from penn station & madison sq garden- easy access to theater, diamond district , great rstaurants, ANYWHERE in manhattan!staff was accomodating and pleasant; all necessary amenities for a long wknd in midtown manhattan.

Pros:- Location in Korea Town: Close to Metro Stations, loads of Korean and Indian restaurants closeby, direkt next to the Empire State Building, 5-Minute walk to Flatiron Building and Macys- Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds- free breakfast, internet and national calls, no extra and high carges like in other hotels- cool rooftop bar with Empire state building view- friendly staffCons:- if you like a hot breakfast including eggs etc. this is not the right Hotel for you- no amenities like a pool and a fitness centre, but who needs that in NYC anyways.

4. The La Quinta Manhattan is reasonably priced, convenient to Amtrak, the subway, busses, and taxis, and is clean, and offers all of the necessary amenities we required (breakfast , a concierage, free nationwide calling).

7. If you want a mid level hotel that has all the basic amenities (clean rooms, hair dryer, in room safe, free morning breakfast, free wii fi), AND is only about 50 meters from the subway, you will love this hotel.
