1. Our room was clean, they had good housekeeping services, there was a safe in the room for storing valuables, we slept good at night, ate plenty each morning, the Empire State Building was outside our window.

5. The front desk staff greeted you with a smile,which never let down - I could not find an unfriendly staff member!- the rooms were top knotch, kept so clean by housekeeping, and the beds were so comfortable and rooms quiet so you cold sleep.

9. No housekeeping was allowed in room (to eliminate any possible cross contamination from other potential areas of the hotel that MIGHT be infected).

10. I contacted the hotel immediately to let them know and the housekeeping mgr said she hadn't had any other incidences and that they have been spraying weekly and really being diligent since it seems to be an epidemic in NYC.
