2. If you have a daughter you must take her to 'The crown & crumpet' for tea in the square--that was a great experience, and of course fisherman's wharf, alcatraz, and Pier 39 are all within walking distance or a short car ride away.

This place was fantastic we had excellent service ,breakfasts also we got a free upgrade complete with washing machine bath tub walk in walk out shower comfortable clean and quietWe tossed up wether to stay at fishermans wharf or Union square and we were glad we stayed here as the only thing in Union square is shops At least by the water there is more to do and see.
