1. Service from all the staff was impeccable - the concierge staff went out of their way to help us with tours and the courtesy car drivers were without exception friendly and helpful.

6. The gym is very small, not very good really, but you can go jogging/walking/biking from the hotel to the base of the Golden State Bridge by a beautiful trail (ask for the map at the concierge).

7. - the pool table, board games, and the large DVD collections were nice features too, though my kids were disappointed that we could not get our waitlisted DVD, 'Escape from Alcatraz' after waited for 4 nights as the hotel has the policy of not asking back from the guest once it is out- the service from the duty manager to the concierge were very friendly and attentive.
