1. I think one of the best things about the room was the quality linens from the comfortable bed to the feather pillows, down duvet, cool crisp sheets and fluffy towels.

3. The units have high ceilings, original brick- accented walls, lots of natural light, exquisite and beautifully-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and the most comfortable pillows and softest sheets you've ever slept on.

6. Chocolates on the pillow (Ghirardelli, natch) and they will do grocery shopping for you in advance of your arrival (if you want them to pick up a bottle of wine, etc.).
