The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and managed to make restaurant and theatre bookings for us at the times we wanted; the free first-come first-served limo service within a two mile radius of the hotel was also very useful, although its cut-off time of 10:30pm meant that on a couple of occasions we had to look for buses or taxis - not the easiest matter in certain parts of the city, but all part of the fun.

4. Before we even arrived, Sarah and team at front desk contacted us via email to answer questions we had, helped us w/rental car reservations, and gave us recommendations to restaurants.

5. If you want a foam pillow or other housekeeping service, ask them directly (seems to be a communications gap with the friendly kids at the front desk).
