1. - the pool table, board games, and the large DVD collections were nice features too, though my kids were disappointed that we could not get our waitlisted DVD, 'Escape from Alcatraz' after waited for 4 nights as the hotel has the policy of not asking back from the guest once it is out- the service from the duty manager to the concierge were very friendly and attentive.
