7. if you want to be pampered, the Hotel Monaco is always a great choice (and we generally stay there) but this hotel offers a better price point and the location is actually a little closer to the Pearl District and Satruday Mkt/waterfront (always something going on there.

8. The green/yellow line trains are only a half block away and it is a quick walk (or bike ride) to the waterfront.
