1. The towels and washcloths were also too thin for my tastes, but everything else was very well done.
"Good, not amazing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/29/2012 Vote
2. I had to call for lotion, coffee and clean towels.
"Great location...TERRIBLE Housekeeping and Service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/6/2011 Vote
3. * Towels are thin, so if you like plush towels you may be in for a surprise * Being downtown, there are some sketchy areas a few blocks away (Burnside), but I never felt unsafe.
"Superb location, some service kinks " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/16/2011 Vote
4. Pros: * Great location - within walking distance to multiple TriMet stops, shops (Powells is only a few blocks away, and if you like chocolate or hot chocolate, try Moonstruck Cafe on Alder a few blocks away), food trucks, the jogging/biking path along the river, Starbucks across the street * Decent gym on the 3rd floor (open 24x7), really like the towels, packaged headsets and fresh water provided - nice touches!* Great value (I managed to get a pretty good corporate rate)* In-room refrigerator* Quiet rooms - while I could hear doors closing in the hallway outside, I did not hear my neighbors* LEED-certified - good to see environmental stewardship in action * Remodeled, sleek lobby, and very comfortable beds and rooms Cons: * Rather unreliable Internet access in the room - wireless kept disconnecting, wired stopped after one day (found a bad cable from the phone to my laptop).

"Best Location in Town for Tourists! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/7/2011 Vote
6. Used the fitness center each day; it's very well equipped with cardio machines each with their own cardio theater (so you can watch what you want to watch), headphones, weights, medicine balls, mats, water, apples, towels, all the good stuff.

7. 4 hours later they hand delivered a huge set of towels that they washed and dried in the guest washer and dryer room.
"Great Property and Killer Staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/25/2010 Vote
8. If I dry off with perfumed towels, often it will cause me to itch uncontrollably for like 30 minutes.
