3. If like me you expect a slightly better level of service, than a simple grunt from your server in order to qualify for a tip for good service, then unfortunately you will be very disappointed.

4. We went on to spend several days in the Hilton at Key Largo and then The Double Tree Grand Resort in Key West, completely different, absolutely wonderful, the service staff and accommodation were excellent.

8. They have a good and efficient valet-parking service, which costs 15$ per night (you can check the car in and out how many times you wish), plus of course the tips.

9. The buffet breakfast is excellent, a large variety of fresh, good quality food with basically everything you want (fruit, eggs, pastries, cheese, hams, yogurt, coffee, etc.); the service was helpful and corteous.
