5. I probably would choose a hotel in a location closer to Ocean Drive/Lincoln Road next time, but wouldn't rule out Riu if there was a good deal to be had.

7. My advice; 1 - don't stay here, 2 - take names of the people you deal with, 3 - ask for receipts for everything.

8. To do so, you'll have to spend some money at the valet parking which is the worst part of the deal offered by RIU.
